The San Felipe Del Rio school district was state recognized for the 1998-1999 and the 2001-2002 school years. Sacred Heart Catholic School

St. James Episcopal School (PK-8)
St. James Episcopal School serves grades prekindergarten through eighth and works to provide the best education possible. This private coeducational Episcopal school currently serves 163 students and offers classes 180 school days a year. St. James Episcopal School is associated with NAES and offers classes 8 hours per day.

The Bible Way Christian Academy (PK-8)
Del Rio's The Bible Way Christian Academy is a private school. It is coed and Christian affiliated, serving 207 students in grades PK-8.
